Cancellations

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your item back to the original address without first contacting us.
  3. Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@smartteegear.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.


Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty

Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer—please see individual product pages for details. Warranty claims cover damages that occur over time with use. If an item was damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, it is not a warranty claim.


Chargebacks

We consider chargebacks filed without first contacting us as a potential attempt at fraud. In such cases, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, which may involve providing all transaction and communication records to our merchant provider and your bank.
